CBD, or cannabidiol, is one of several cannabinoids from the Cannabis sativa L. plant which activate cannabinoid receptors in your brain and other organs.
CBD-based products can have beneficial effects, including:

- Regulating mood

Do hemp and CBD have the same properties?
Hemp is derived from seeds whereas CBD comes from the plant itself.

On the other hand, the expected effects will be more pronounced with CBD than with hemp.
